Return Policy
Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise
If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please use our information below to email us within 14 days of receipt to explain the nature of the damage or error and receive instructions on how to return the item.
Once the damaged, incorrect or exchanged merchandise is received, and is verified to be in new, unworn and unwashed condition, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. Please Note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that you request an exact replacement of their damaged or incorrect merchandise. If decided that you do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the "For Unwanted Items" section below. Again You must contact SudsGear.com before returning the item by way of email.
Unwanted Items
If you should decide that you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased, please contact SudsGear.com within 14 days of receipt by email to allow for a smooth return. Once the merchandise is received, and it is verified to be in new, unworn and unwashed condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item less the original shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the merchandise. If you choose to have store credit instead, we will waive the restocking fee. If you contact us between 15 and 30 days of receipt of the merchandise, we will accept the item and issue you store credit for the amount of the purchase price of the item less the original shipping charges.
Exchanged Items
If you would like to replace the item you received for the same item in a different size or a different item of the same value, we will replace your item as long as you contact us within 14 days of receipt and the item is in new, unworn and unwashed condition. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will charge your credit card for the shipping cost to ship the replacement item(s) to you.
